Comprehensive Maintenance of Packaged, Ductable and VRV/VRF ACs at Different Locations in IIT Delhi (Two Years)

Comprehensive maintenance including Routine, Preventive and Break down maintenance of following type AC units complying following scope of works:- 1] Replacement of all kinds of defective components pertaining to the AC units including PCB cards. 2] Repairing and rewinding of motors with suitable size copper wire as required. 3] Providing and topping up / charging of Refrigerant in all AC unit and system after leak testing, pressure testing with dry nitrogen, vacuumising as per standard norms as and when required. 4] Replacement of defective compressors installed in AC units (Packaged / Ductable / VRV / VRF AC) by same make and model (compatible, if model is obsolete) alongwith refrigerant gas and other associated accessories, as and when required. 5] Thorough servicing and cleaning of evaporator coils, condenser coils (air cooled) of all ACs with alkaline based chemical and forced water jet as per schedule attached. 6] Comprehensive maintenance of allied electrical panels including replacement of all kinds of defective components in the panel as and when so warranted, preventive servicing and cleaning with CTC solution etc. as per schedule. 7] Replacement of all defective parts within 24 hours and compressor within 7 days
