100 KLD ETP
Design, supply, install, test, and commission a 100 KLD skid-mounted Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), designed for an average flow of 5 m³/hr. The plant shall be fabricated in MS-EP (5 mm thickness with dual paint coating) and will include all unit operations and processes required for efficient treatment. The system will comprise a Flash Mixer and Flocculator with mechanical agitators, followed by a Primary Clarifier equipped with tube settler media (PVC hexagonal type, 63×750 mm) to enhance solid–liquid separation. The Aeration Tank will operate on the MBBR process with polypropylene cylindrical media (Dia 22 mm × Ht 16 mm, SG 0.9), aided by twin rotary air blowers (250 m³/hr capacity, 12.5 HP, CI construction, V-belt drive, 1W+1S) delivering air through fine bubble EPDM diffusers (63 mm × 610 mm, cylindrical). An Equalization Tank with coarse bubble EPDM diffusers (150 mm disk type) will ensure hydraulic and load balancing. For pumping requirements, the scope shall cover effluent lifting pumps (1 HP, 8 m³/hr @ 12 m head, 1W+1S), filter feed pumps of the same duty, and sludge recirculation pumps (1 HP, 40×40 mm, 10–12 m head), ensuring redundancy and smooth operation. The Filtration Package shall consist of FRP-coated Pressure Sand Filter (PSF) and Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) with uPVC frontal piping, multiport valve, pressure gauges, and media loading, suitable for a flow rate of 7.5 m³/hr. A complete chemical dosing system (Poly, Alum, Caustic) will be supplied for pH correction, coagulation, and flocculation enhancement. All interconnections in CPVC piping with necessary isolation and control valves.
Control Panel
Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, cabling, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of motor control centre shall be fabricated out of 14 gauge CRCA sheet steel in form in 3b formation with reinforcement of suitable size angle iron, channel ‘T’ sections irons and/or flats wherever necessary. Cable gland plates shall be provided on top as well as at the bottom of the panels. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before painting as per specifications with 2 coats of red oxide primer and final approved shade of powder coated paint. 2 Nos. earthling terminals shall be provided by client for 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system. Lifting hooks shall also be provided in case of large panels. Approval shall be taken for each panel before fabrication. Galvanised hardware with zinc passivation shall be used in fabrication of panels. Motor Control Centre- SET (Loc ; 100 KLD ETP Plant room).

100 KLD ETP
Design, supply, install, test, and commission a 100 KLD skid-mounted Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), designed for an average flow of 5 m³/hr. The plant shall be fabricated in MS-EP (5 mm thickness with dual paint coating) and will include all unit operations and processes required for efficient treatment. The system will comprise a Flash Mixer and Flocculator with mechanical agitators, followed by a Primary Clarifier equipped with tube settler media (PVC hexagonal type, 63×750 mm) to enhance solid–liquid separation. The Aeration Tank will operate on the MBBR process with polypropylene cylindrical media (Dia 22 mm × Ht 16 mm, SG 0.9), aided by twin rotary air blowers (250 m³/hr capacity, 12.5 HP, CI construction, V-belt drive, 1W+1S) delivering air through fine bubble EPDM diffusers (63 mm × 610 mm, cylindrical). An Equalization Tank with coarse bubble EPDM diffusers (150 mm disk type) will ensure hydraulic and load balancing. For pumping requirements, the scope shall cover effluent lifting pumps (1 HP, 8 m³/hr @ 12 m head, 1W+1S), filter feed pumps of the same duty, and sludge recirculation pumps (1 HP, 40×40 mm, 10–12 m head), ensuring redundancy and smooth operation. The Filtration Package shall consist of FRP-coated Pressure Sand Filter (PSF) and Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) with uPVC frontal piping, multiport valve, pressure gauges, and media loading, suitable for a flow rate of 7.5 m³/hr. A complete chemical dosing system (Poly, Alum, Caustic) will be supplied for pH correction, coagulation, and flocculation enhancement. All interconnections in CPVC piping with necessary isolation and control valves.

Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, cabling, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of motor control centre shall be fabricated out of 14 gauge CRCA sheet steel in form in 3b formation with reinforcement of suitable size angle iron, channel ‘T’ sections irons and/or flats wherever necessary. Cable gland plates shall be provided on top as well as at the bottom of the panels. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before painting as per specifications with 2 coats of red oxide primer and final approved shade of powder coated paint. 2 Nos. earthling terminals shall be provided by client for 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system. Lifting hooks shall also be provided in case of large panels. Approval shall be taken for each panel before fabrication. Operations and Management Cost per ETP/ STP Plant for 5 years
Manpower: Deployment of qualified and experienced manpower for day-to-day operation and maintenance of five (5) Sewage Treatment Plants / Effluent Treatment Plants, ensuring uninterrupted operation as per statutory norms of CPCB/SPCB. The contractor shall be responsible for deployment, salaries, ESI, EPF, insurance, statutory compliance, uniforms, and other benefits as per prevailing labour law. Note: The number of manpower shifts may be varied (increased or decreased) as per the operational requirements communicated by the end-user from time to time. The bidder shall be obligated to deploy the requisite manpower accordingly, without any delay, at the same per person per month rate as quoted in the financial bid. No additional claim shall be entertained on account of such variation.
Operator Deployment of skilled operators (ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Environment Engineering or equivalent, with minimum 2 years’ experience in STP/ETP operation) for 24hrs operation of the plant on three shift basis to operate blowers, pumps, agitators, dosing systems, aeration systems, and electrical panels. Operators shall maintain logbooks, records of flow/DO/pH/MLSS, and ensure plant runs within consent parameters.

Sewer Man Deployment of unskilled/semi-skilled sewer man for routine cleaning of bar screens, grit chambers, pipelines, tanks, removal of sludge/scum, housekeeping of plant area, desludging operations, and assisting operators in routine plant activities. Safety gear and PPE for confined space entry must be provided.

Supervisor Deployment of experienced supervisor/engineer (Graduate/Diploma in Environmental/Chemical Engineering with at least 5 years’ STP/ETP O&M experience) to oversee manpower deployment, ensure compliance of operation, daily reporting, chemical consumption monitoring, and liaison with statutory authorities.

Chemicals: Supply, storage, and dosing of approved grade chemicals as per plant process requirement, ensuring uninterrupted operation and treated water quality compliance. Chemicals shall conform to IS specifications and be delivered in sealed containers with test certificates.
Alum (Aluminium Sulphate) Supply of Alum (Ferric/Non-Ferric, commercial grade, IS:260-2001 compliant) in granular or powder form, used for coagulation/clarification in STP/ETP. Quantity as per actual requirement at site, including loading, unloading, and safe storage.

Maintenance and Repair: Routine and preventive maintenance of electromechanical equipment, civil structures, pipelines, and instruments to ensure smooth plant operation including housekeeping. Breakdown maintenance shall be attended on priority to minimize downtime. All repair works shall be recorded in logbook and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.
Monthly Maintenance and Repair (Per Plant/ Per Month) Monthly servicing of pumps, blowers, agitators, gearboxes, air diffusers, MCC panels, valves, pipelines, level sensors, pH/DO meters, and associated electrical/mechanical equipment. Includes preventive checks, lubrication, tightening, replacement of worn-out parts (minor spares, consumables, and fasteners), leak-proofing, painting, and housekeeping. Breakdown maintenance shall be attended on priority to minimize downtime.
