WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime(no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proporation of brick jelly to lime being 32:12:5 by volume and laid in a single layer

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplyand fixingof PVC Solid Door susing19 gauge 19mm MS Sq,tubes for styles and frames, 15mm MS Sq.tubes for to, Lock and bottom rails. The Steel Tubes shall be coveredwith 5mm thick Solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including furniture and fittings.Theoverall size of styles shall be 50mm X30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be75mm X 30mm. Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm.
