Dear Sir,

We have read and examined the bidding documents relating to subject package. We declare that the package, if awarded to us, shall be executed strictly in accordance with bidding documents except for the variations & deviations all of which have been detailed out exhaustively in the Deviation Schedule. We agree that any additional conditions, if found in the proposal other than those stated in Deviation Schedule, save those pertaining to any rebate offered, shall not be given effect to.

Bid Security/ Earnest Money Deposit

As per Provisions of the bidding documents, we are exempted from submision of EMD/ Bid Security. We are enterprise and we have submitted valid Udyam Registration Certificate no. .

After the bid is accepted and the Contract is awarded to us, if we fail to commence the execution of the Contract to the satisfaction of the Employer, we agree that the Employer shall without prejudice to any other right or remedy be at liberty to forfeit the said Bid Security/ Earnest Money Deposit absolutely.

Bid Validity

All prices and price components stated in the bid are firm and not subject to any price adjustment, in line with the bidding documents. All prices and other terms and conditions of this proposal are valid for a period of 150 days from the date of opening of the bids.

Bid Prices

Our total price is for the entire scope of the work as specified in the bidding documents.

The rates and prices quoted by us include cost of all our obligations as per the bidding documents and are also deemed to include overheads and profits.

We understand that any arithmatical error in the Bill of quantities (BoQ) shall be corrected as per provision of bidding document. We agree to perform the Contract, if awarded to us, with the corrected prices.

We declare that items left blank in the BoQ will be deemed to have been included in other items. The total for BoQ shall be deemed to be the total price for executing the facilities covered under the BoQ in complete, whether or not each individual item has been priced.

Work Schedule

We fully understand that the time schedule stipulated in bid documents is the essence of the Contract. If this bid is accepted by you, we agree to complete the entire scope in accordance with the completion schedule indicated in the bidding document.

Security Deposit/ Contract Performance Guarantee

We agree that if our proposal is accepted, we shall abide by the relevant clauses in Conditions of Contract pertaining to submission of Security Deposit/ Contract Performance Guarantee

We further agree that if we delay the submisssion of Security Deposit/ Contract Performance Guarantee, the Employer shall be at liberty to impose suitable recovery for the period of delay as per the policy of Employer's organization in vogue.
