Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) for plain cement concrete in all heights/depths, on ground or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, including cost of form work and curing complete in all type of structures like Retaining walls, Breast Walls, Edge walls etcetera complete as per drawing and CPWD specifications 2019 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 100mm (One Hundred millimeter) diamere PVC pipe Weep Holes in brick masonry/plain /reinforced concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls etcetra, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV:20H (One vertical : twenty Horizontal) towards draining face complete as per CPWD specification 2019 and as per the directions and entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade-M20 (M-Twenty) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeters nominal size) in or under water in open foundation for all types of structure and the like in Catchpit flooring etcetera, including cost of form work and curing complete as per CPWD specification 2019 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water complete including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete Grade-M 20 (M-Twenty ) designed mix with minimum cement contents of 340 kg. (Three hundred forty kilograms) per cubic meter with 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in in Bed Block, Dirt wall and the like etcetera up to all heights, including cost of form work and curing complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement for Reinforced work as per drawing and as per CPWD specification 2019 complete and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete Grade-M 25 (M-Twenty Five) designed mix with minimum cement contents of 400 kgs. (four hundred kilograms) per cubic meter with 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in Deck slab and the like up to all heights, including cost of form work and curing complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement for Reinforced work as per drawing and as per CPWD specification 2019 complete and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure complete as per drawing and as per CPWD specification 2019 including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto any heights as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment, Retaining wall/Breast wall, Wing walls and the like with approved granular materials complete as per CPWD specifications 2019 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment for roadway with approved material obtained from borrow pits and laid in layers of suitable thickness not exceeding 200mm (two hundred millimetres) spreading to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 kN static/ vibratory road roller to meet the requirements of CPWD specifications 2019 to lines, grades, level and cross sections as per drawings or directions of the Engineer-in-charge including preparation of foundation for embankment in all kinds and classification of soils including saturated soil and dewatering/ bailing out of water wherever required including hauling of materials for construction of embankment within all leads and lifts. The rate shall include carriage of machineries, equipment, tools and materials and safety measures, payment of all taxes and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects and per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 (eight) to 12 (twelve) tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm (twenty two point five centimeter depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with any lead as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of gravel/soil aggregate sub base/base by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size grading 80mm (eighty millimetre) as per table 2.3 of IRC SP 77-2008, spreading in uniforms layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachement and compaction with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity to achieve the desired complete as per CPWD specifications 2019 contained in para 2.2, 3.6 and 3.7 of IRC SP-77-2008 and as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM)specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 (eight) to 10 (ten) tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with RS-I setting bitumen emulsion nn W.B.M / W.M.M. @ 0.40kg/sqm (at the rate of zero point four zero kilogram per square meter) using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom s per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

2 cm (two centimeter) premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum (one point eight cubic meter) and 0.90 cum (zero point nine zero cubic meter of stone chippings of 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimeter) size and 11.2 mm (elevel point two millimeter) size respectively per 100 sqm (one hundred square meter) and 52 kg (fifty two kilogram) and 56 kg (fifty six kilogram) of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimeter) and 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimeter) size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 (six) to 9(nine) tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately) with paving Asphalt grade VG - 10 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 grams per kg of asphalt as per CPWD specification 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg (one hundred twenty eighty kilogram)of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum (zero point six zero cubic meter) of fine aggregate per 100 sqm (one hundred square meter) of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete as per CPWD specification 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials.
