Bidders are allowed to enter the Bidder Name and Values only ) The amount provisioned under the contract is provisional and the execution of works shall depend entirely upon the requirement for repair, reconstruction and construction of drains, dustbins, public convenience etc. generated from time to time during the year. Therefore the amount may vary on negative side in the event of less or no requirement for repair /reconstruction of drains/public conveniences etc. generated during the year. In that event no compensation/ damages on account of deemed profit shall be applicable/payable for whatsoever reason it may be. This is an explicit condition to the contract.
