Returning filling in incl spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/ loose Soil, complete all as Specified and as directed.

NOTES:- (1) The sludge/debris shall be disposed off in sealed containers or sludge removal tankers. Contractor is expected to consider this aspect while quoting his rates. No claim, whatsoever, shall be entertained on this account afterwards. (2) Mechanised cleaning vehicle, water jetting machine including fuel and operator, as and when ordered by the Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided by the contractor under his own arrangement. No extra claim shall be admissible during currency of work.

Removing blockage of WC, Wash hand basin, floor/nahani trap, gully trap and junctions of soil waste & vent pipe etc. manually for day to day complaint with the help of vacuum pump or rodding for complete satisfaction of users including opening and re-fixing of CI eye cover to bend and branch piece (Tee bend) and finally cleaned with water to make the Job functional in any location and in any position of building complete all as specified and directed. NOTES: (i) The contractor has to depute 1 no skilled sweeper for Zone-II area daily from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. (ii) Disposal of sludge obtained shall be disposed of in pit made by contractor and shall be covered with soil duly disinfected with adequate qty of bleaching powder. Quoted rate shall deemed to inclusive of the above aspect. No claim shall be entertained at a later stage.

Desilting of blockage/blocked Manhole of any size and depth including disposal of rubbish/sludge and making good complete all as specified and directed. NOTES : Disposal of sludge obtained shall be disposed of in pit made by contractor and shall be covered with soil duly disinfected with adequate qty of bleaching powder. Quoted rate shall deemed to inclusive of the above aspect. No claim shall be entertained at a later stage.

Cleaning of existing covered/un-covered drains of any section and depth removal of sludge, rubbish and other foreign material and flushing with adequate quantity of water and deposit the sludge to a distance not exc. 50m all as specified and directed. Note : Disposal of sludge obtained shall be disposed of in pit made by contractor and shall be covered with soil duly disinfected with adequate qty of bleaching powder. Quoted rate shall deemed to inclusive of the above aspect. No claim shall be entertained at a later stage.

Cleaning of rain water/waste pipe of any dia by rodding or by bamboo splits including removing and refixing of eye cover in existing position etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Disposal of sludge obtained shall be disposed of in pit made by contractor and shall be covered with soil. Quoted rate shall deemed to inclusive of the above aspect. No claim shall be entertained at a later stage.

Tree cutting from wall, roof of Buildings up to extended root complete including applying acid for stopping further growth from any location of Bldg up to 4 storey and making good disturbed surfaces with cement mortar (1:4) or cement concrete type C-1(1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of all debris/vegetation over roof surfaces of accessible or inaccessible roof portion upto any height and the mouth of rain water pipe and around the tanks area and removal of materials out side the MOD land including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing 150 mm dia sewage line upto 1.50 m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid/semi-liquid/solid sludge etc passing to the next manhole and the line properly cleaned with water for effective functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing 200 mm dia sewage line upto 1.50 m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid/semi-liquid/solid sludge etc passing to the next manhole and the line properly cleaned with water for effective functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing 300 mm dia sewage line upto 1.50 m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid/semi-liquid/solid sludge etc passing to the next manhole and the line properly cleaned with water for effective functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/de-silting of under ground sewage line of dia exceeding 300mm but n. exc 450 mm dia of pipe by mechanical van with necessary safety protection on main road from hoogly view to Khidderpur road Jn ( work in night only) and taking out soil waste sludge or foreign material from sewage line and flushing with adequate quantity of water for smooth functioning of sewage line including removal of sludge/debris from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing broken inspection eye cover from soil/waste/rain water pipe from any height any position and supply and fix new CI eye cover with rubber washer and nut bolt for 100/75 mm dia pipe including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as directed and directed.
