Notes: 1. Before quoting, the bidder shall visit the site and make himself familiar with the site, nature, conditions and quantum / scope of work involved. You may contact Incharge, Engineering Services, AMD ER (Contact No: 06572296276-234) for site visit. 2. The rates quoted shall include cost of all materials, labour, loading charges, unloading charges of feeder pillars, transportation, hoisting, tools, tackles & installation including all taxes (except EPF &ESI) and other charges if any. No extra payment over and above the rate quoted shall be made to the contractor in this respect. 3. The workers employed for the work shall strictly follow all safety measures as stated in safety code of this tender and also as per DAE safety code. 4.The Contractor shall adhere to the provisions of applicable labour laws such as Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Employees State Insurance Act, Equal Remuneration Act, 1970 and rules made there under. 5.Contractor has to pay minimum wages, EPF & ESI to the manpower deployed for the work as per state/ central government orders issued from time to time. The actual amount paid towards EPF & ESI shall be reimbursed to him by the Department after satisfying that it has been actually and genuinely paid by the contractor. The bidder should not consider EPF & ESIC in his rates. 6. The contractor shall ensure that all the persons executing the electricalwork have valid electrical license. 7. As the work required to be executed in occupied residential flats, there should be minimum inconvenience to the Occupants. The work shall be programmed in consultation with the Occupants & Engineer-in-charge. If so required, the work may have to be done even before and after office hours. No compensation shall be paid for loss of labour due to unavailability of flats/ site in any circumstances.

Removal of existing wiring in flats & corridors including removal of DB, Main wiring, Switch boards, socket outlets, circuit/ point wiring, call bells etc (excluding Ceiling fans & exhaust fans) after disconnection of mains and earth connections etc complete. The recess area of DB/ electrical boxes/ switch boards if any available after installing new DB/ switch boards is to be filled with cement concrete, necessary plastering & painting is to be done so as to match with the adjoining areas of wall on all sides, making the good, segregating and stacking the old removed items, including cost of materials, labour, tool & plants, taxes etc as per the instructions and directions of E-I-C.

Supplying and drawing following size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing 12 way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 40A rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 V, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing Single pole, 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group A Point.

Wiring for twin control light point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, 2 way piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of following sizes (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc. as required.

Supply & installation of 20W (approx) LED tube light, 4 feet, cool day light, 2000lm (min), luminous efficacy > 100 complete with all accessories on the wall/ ceiling including connections, earthing etc. as per the instruction and direction of E-I-C.

Supplying & fixing of 18W (approx) LED surface mount downlight, 1800 lm (min), luminous efficacy > 100, cool day light, square shape including suitable driver to ceiling at a height of 3.5m above as per the instruction and directions of E-I-C. This includes cost of materials, transport, labour, tools & plants, ladder, taxes etc complete.

Supply & installation of 150mm exhaust fan in bathroom/ toilet including making provision for installation by cutting the wall in required size & plastering neatly to obtain the shape or making suitable modification in the existing wooden ventilator for fixing of exhaust fan etc complete including disposal of debris with in a lead of 50 meters as per the instruction & direction of E-I-C.

Supplying and drawing co-axial TV cable RG-6 grade, 0.7 mm solid copper conductor PE insulated, shielded with fine tinned copper braid and protected with PVC sheath in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.
