In case of Private firm the certificate issued by head of the institution must be certified by Retired EE/SE/CE of State PWD or CPWD or CA.

• Similar nature of Work: Minimum Single work of similar nature for Horticulture work of entire external area, including Plantation, Gardening, necessary pest control, Grass area, parking areas, celebration ground, parade ground, pond, Rain water harvesting system, Drainage system, Swimming pool, all open spaces and all rest areas (excluding buildings) etc. of large modern office/ institutional/hospital and commercial buildings/ residential of 62 Acre in Govt. / Semi Govt. / PSU / Private firm during last 5 years are eligible to participate

• Minimum financial Requirements: Minimum ATO (Annual Turnover) of any one year during last five audited financial years must be more than Rs. 15 Crore. Tenderer shall submit last five years audited financial statement (Profit Loss Statement) duly attested and certified by CA.Net work of the apllicant must be positive.

• Company/Firm Documents The contracting firm/agency shall be a well established and reputed firm specialised in the trade and registered as a legal entity for a minimum period of 5 years and having experience and capacity in the execution of similar works

• Pest Control License The firm should have experience and have valid license for Pest control or an agreement with the firm/agency/person having experience and having such license for pest control job required at site.

• Affidavit regarding any litigation, debarred or blacklisted or history of rescinding work, and the informations furnished in the bidding document is correct
