200W, 6.6A Bi-pin Halogen Lamp Suitable for AMA runway light fixtures. (similer to Cat No: 64386 [Osram] or its equivalent).

Bi-Pin Lamp Holder suitable for 200W & 45W, 6.6 A halogen lamp (Similar to Make: AMA or its equivalent).

Supply of following type 5KV grade 50 HZ, series type Isolating transformer encapsulated in polyster resin finally moulded in neoprene rubber with primary and secondary connection as specified in particular specifications.

Supply of C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box (Double Hole), water tight round type,metal container of outside size 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one /two nos. of 50mm dia "B" class GI pipe and including check nuts as required and another hole at 175mm from the bottom of the CI Box to receive one no. 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nut as required.The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts complete as required.

Supply of Base plate (Neoprene) Gasket suitable for Elevated Runway/Taxiway Edge light/Approach light fittings.

Supply of 50mm dia G.I. pipe (Medium Class (B)) with G.I. fittings

Supply of Circular C.I. Plate moulded from cast Iron with 15 mm thickness, 330 mm dia. having 15mm (Threaded) hole at center of plate for fixing 15mm G.I. pipe and having 6 nos. M-10 tapped hole symmetrically on circular periphery with hole centre at 130 mm from the plate center to receive light fitting base plate/fixing on the top surface of existing transformer housing box complete as required including providing 6 nos. M-10 x 25 mm Stainless Steel bolts with plane and spring washers. The plate shall be chemically treated and painted with one coat of metal primer and 2 coats of Aviation Yellow colour synthetic enamel paint complete as required.
