WORK OF MAINTENANING 33 KV (SHATRUGHANPUR-MOTIRAM ADDA) INCOMING LINE (FOR 01 YEAR) AT 400 KV SUB-STATION MOTIRAM ADDA, GORAKHPUR UNDER ELECTRICITY 400 KV SUB-STATION DIVISION, GORAKHPUR.

Shifting of 11 Mtrs. 04 Nos Tubular poles (including & unloading) from 400 KV S/S Gorakhpur store to near village Devipur & Banzari Tola and Shatrughnpur by tractor. T&P. crane etc shall be provided by the contractor for completion of work (4 Pole).

Excavation of earth of size 2250x900x600 mm foundation of pole in alignment of line and placing of stone pad in the bottom of pit including carriage of stone pad from store to the site of work. all cost of men, material, misc. consumables and T&P etc. Required for the job.

Fixing of Tubular pole in line alignment and made foundation of size 450x450 mm with 1:4:8 mix concrete cement and sand for foundation with the help of stainless Steel formers. Plinth shall be 300 mm above the ground level and Proper curing became set concrete the formers shall be removed. Then back filling of pit and earthing of poles with eath wire.

Fixing of V type cross arm MS channel of guarding wire, E-Clamp 33 KV Pin type insulator with pin and packing pieces on grouted Tubular pole with MS clamps of suitable sizes and suitable distance so that proper clearance may be maintained as per direction of supervising engineer. with all cost of labour T&P and materials provided by the contractor at his own cost.

Dismantalling of existing damaged Tubular pole along with top channel cross-arm, stay arrangement coupling frame etc after digging of earth wire and back filling of pit from site located near Village Devipur, Banzati Tola and Shatrughnpur.

Stringing and re- sagging of conductor for all 3 phases on newly installed tublar pole with disc insulator and also for dismantled conductor spans as stated above with the help of binding wires ete as per direction of supervising engineer.

Pole to pole ground patrolling of 9 Kms 33 KV Satrughnpur-Gorakhpur (400 KV) line alongwith ground work such as lopping/chopping of trees in 8 meter coridor, is to be carried out. (4 TIMES IN ONE YEAR)

Shifting of 11 Mtrs. Tubular pole (including loading & unloading) from site near viilage Devipur, Banzari Tola and Shatrughnpur to 400 KV S/S Gorakhpur store by tractor. Men, T&P, crane etc shall be provided by the contractor for completion of work (4 Pole).
