Replacement of electro-mechanical components for up-gradation of 415v, 3 phase 70 ampere LT control panel to 110 ampere LT control panel at pumping station parnote stage-0. The job includes dismantling of electrical connection of panel, shifting of panel to road side by manual labour and then to workshop by mechanical transport. The job involves extraction of 2nos. damaged three pole, main and star power contactors MNX-70 and MNX-50 and replacement thereof with 2nos. power contactor of 110 ampere rating of reputed make compatible with design and rating of panel and prime mover to function as main and delta contactor. Job includes replacement of wornout contactor kit of the existing 01 no. MNX-70 delta contactor by way of extraction of its damaged contactor kit and fitment of new kit for subsequently functioning as star contactor. The job involves replacement of copper cable jumpers three nos. for delta and star contactor, aluminum bus bars, fuse holders-2nos., current transformer- 06 nos. with new components compatible with the upgraded rating. The job further covers replacement of the internal control wiring. Modification of the existing fault analyzer cum controller of guardian make by way of replacement of electronic circuitry-1 set and electromagnetic relays-3nos. Assembling the unit, shifting back to site, fitment, making electrical connection and thereafter testing the complete system on no load and then on full load. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, skilled labour charges, to and fro carriage, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
