REPAIR/MAINT OF FANS, GEYSERS, COOLING APPLIANCES ,WINDOW/SPLIT TYPE AC, REFRIGERATOR , AIR BLOWER, DEEP FREEZER, INTERNAL WIRING AND SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS, CHLORINE DOSING PLANTS AND CI/DI WATER PIPELINES IN GRD KUNRAGHAT, NCC, GYANGHAR MIL STN UNDER

Taking down carefully point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed) for light point, fan point, bell point socket point or power point complete with all fitting such as switches, sockets pendants, ceiling rose, round block etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster of tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for One Light/fan point controlled by one 5A switch using 1.5 sqmm cable (nominal area) stranded copper conductor (FRLS), single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable, 1100 V grade in and including concealed PVC conduit of size not less than 20mm dia all as directed with sunken type pressed steel terminal box 1.6 mm thick of suitable size, duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for mounting fittings/ junction boxes and wiring to be terminated in pressed steel sunken boxes with sunmica/Bakelite sheet 3mm thick and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly completed all as specified and directed for following :-

Ditto as above but for One 5 Amps socket point controlled by one 5 Amps switch on independent board.…...ditto as above….

Ditto as above but for One bell point controlled by one 5 Amps bell push.…...ditto as above….

Ditto as above but for One light point controlled by two 5 Amps two way switch.…...ditto as above….

M&L for point wiring with (FRLS) flame retardant low smoke PVC insulated unsheathed cable 2.5 sqmm with multistranded copper conductor, in and including non metallic PVC concealed conduit not less than 20mm dia with fittings, including all tees, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, saddles, pipe hooks etc including provision of sunken pressed steel GI terminal boxes of not less than 1.6mm wall thickness, concealed in wall with sunmica/Bakelite sheet 3mm thick including (FRLS) flame retardant low smoke PVC insulated copper earth conductor 1.50sqmm connected to common earth and earth dolly complete for 3 pin 15 Amps socket independent. Note for item Nos 2 to 5 :- (i) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of cutting chases and making good the disturbed surfaces to match the existing surface.(ii) Switches, Socket outlet, call bell, bell push and fan regulators shall be measured and paid separately.
