Material and labour for fabrication and installation of 33 KV bracing support to mount electrical equipments of Sub Stn and Grid Structure/Tower for stringing of 33 KV over head Bus /ACSR Conductor to form a bus bar inside Sub Station with Hot dip Galvanised Lattice type Steel Structure, main structural members and bracings system, supports, clamps & back plates etc. of any size, any design fabricated from structural steel sections including GI nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Civil work for foundation for Tower/Bracing Support is included under qoted rate of this item.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning Air Break Isolating rotating type switch of rating 400 Amps outdoor horizontal mounting type suitable for manual operation from ground level, tripple pole, double break consisting hot dip galvanised steel channel base having 3x2 Nos 33 KV post top insulator per phase complete with copper contact element, MS flat, copper blade, bearing assembly etc. and suitable size of GI pipe as down rod lever between coupling bar and operation handle with locking arrangement at both "ON" and "OFF" position suitable for 33 KV system having earth link system comprising earth switch indicator and auxilary switch, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing,testing and commissioning Air Break Isolating rotating type switch of rating 200 Amps outdoor horizontal mounting type suitable for manual operation from ground level, tripple pole, double break consisting hot dip galvanised steel channel base having 3x2 Nos 33 KV post top insulator per phase complete with copper contact element, MS flat, copper blade, bearing assembly etc and suitable size of GI pipe as down rod lever between coupling bar and operation handle with locking arrangement at both "ON" and "OFF" position suitable for 33 KV system, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Outdoor Type Porcelain Clad , Structure mounted Outdoor VCB (Vaccum Circuit Breaker) manual and motorised spring charged, 33 KV, 3-Phase, 50 C/S, Rated normal current minimum 400 Amp, Breaking Capacity - 31.5 KA for 3 Sec, Making Capacity- 62.5 KA, Insulation level-36 KV/70 KV/170 KV(P),Min Creepage distance-900 mm, DC Aux voltage-110 Volts, along with single ACSR terminal connector per phase totally enclosed metal clad, manual charged independent spring closed/ spring tripping, trip free operating mechanism with manual closing and tripping push button, mechanical indication viz Breaker closed/open, spring charged/discharged mechanical counter, electrical release coilbreaker operating auxiliary switch with minimum 6 NO+6 NC and spare contacts and motorised mechanism plus manual hand operated mechanism. Circuit breaker shall have an arc protection mechanism for all compartments. The switch gear panel shall be sheet metal enclosure of minimum 2 mm thickness and shall be constructed as dust, weather and vermin proof housing with minimum protection of IP54 as defined in IEC 60529. The Panel shall be electrically operated trip free with mechanical ON/OFF indicators and spring charged motor shunt tripping and closing coil including power pack input supply 230 V & 110 V AC from PT and output of 24V DC. The DC supply shall be from the power pack. The input to the power pack is 110V from PT and 230 V from the main supply. The power pack shall be capable for minimum 3 tripping even input to the power pack is failed. The switch gear shall be conforming to IEC 62271-100 / 200 complete all as per technical specifications given in PS and including of following accessories as specified and directed. (a) Normal System voltage 33 KV and highest voltage 36 KV. (b) Rated short circuit breaking current (rms) 31.5 KA and rated short circuit making current (peak) 63 KA. (c) Master trip and supervision relay. (d) Rated supply voltage for trip close coil 24 V DC (e) Minimum number of auxiliary contacts provided 13

Supply, fixing, connecting, testing & commissioning Current transformer (CT) 33 KV, outdoor type, Single Pole and oil cooled of ratio 100-50/5-5 Amps, class 1.0 / 5P10, burden 15 VA with accuracy class 1.0 for metering equipment of VCB, overcurrent and earth fault protection and class 5 P 10 for protection, CTs chamber mounted on and including CT junction box bearing specification as per IS, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting, testing & commissioning Potential transformer of ratio 33 KV/√3/110 V/√3/110V/√3, class of insulation- class A, accuracy class core I - 0.5, core II-3P, 50 Hz outdoor type, single phase PT oil immersed and self cooled type having Burden core I - 100 VA, core II -100 VA , suitable for metering equipment of VCB installed on and including MS channel/angle iron pedestal type bearing specification as per IS, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix lightning arresters suitable for 33000 Volts expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps, with surge monitor and base type mounted on steel structure, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) conductor of size wolf or nearest suitable size as directed on steel pole/structure for connecting 33 KV equipment / 33 KV distribution system with necessary connection with PG clamp including flat pad, extension terminal and jumpers of suitable size complete on 33 KV over head bus bar, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Step down Power Transformer of capacity 5.0 MVA (5000 KVA) outdoor type 33/11 KV floor/platform mounting, 3 phase, 50 HZ,oil immersed with 'ONAN' type cooling with external cooling tubes/radiators, Delta/star connected, vector group DYN-11 double copper wound with auto mannual type on load tap changer (OLTC) with automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) in 16 Steps each of 1.25 % /17 positions on HV side to take care of voltage from +5% to -15% to give output on 11 KV secondary side. The transformer should have cable box on LV side, marshalling box having TTB, oil temprature gauge, winding temperature indicator, dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent, oil upto recommended level including oil conservator tank, explosion vent, rating and terminal marking plate, oil level gauge, oil drain and filter valve, providing independent earthings point and neutral fittings, lugs complete in all respect and all other standard accessories required as per latest IS specification, gauges, bearing specification as per IS-2026 and accessories complete including S&F and commissioning of indoor control panel for OLTC, all as per technical specifications given in PS and all as specified comprising with the followings:- (i) 01 No cable end box on LV side (ii) Marshalling box with TTB (iii) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (iv) Dehydrating breather with first filling of Dehydration agent. (v) Explosive vent 01 nos. (vi) Thermometer pocket 01 nos. (vii) Two Earthing terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6 mm strips. (viii) Removable manual crank handle to operate OLTC 01 nos (ix) Oil filling cum filter valve with plug 01 nos.
