Assessment of damages to 2.5 MVA, 33/33 kV AVR Buck-Boost Transformer at WSS Tangnar Stage-2nd (Annexure C)

Cost on account of skilled & unskilled labour for De-Commissioning, disconnecting & Isolation of 2.5 MVA, 33/33 kV AVR Buck-Boost Transformer & its Lifting/Removal from the Transformer bed by engaging 20 Ton capacity Hydraulic Crane for loading of the same on Truck/ Troller for shifting & Physical assessment of damages (if any) at the workshop. The job involves cost on account of tools & tackles for Disconnecting & Isolation of the transformer at site, safe handling of equipment, monitoring its movement on crane and signalling the crane operator for ensuring obstruction free and safe handling of the transformer. The cost of job is exclusive of the cost of the crane & Truck/Troller.

Cost on account of skilled & unskilled labour for loading of Transformer after assessment on Truck/Troller and then Shifting & unloading of the Buck-boost Transformer at the site by the crane on the bed of the transformer or to the workshop as per requirement. The job involves cost on account of tools & tackles for loading & unloading of the transformer at site, safe handling of equipment, monitoring its movement on crane and signalling the crane operator for ensuring obstruction free and safe handling of the transformer. The cost of job is exclusive of the cost of the crane & Truck/Troller.

Draining out of available Transformer Oil from the Tank and storing same in the empty barrels, Dismantling the top lid of the Transformer after removing all fasteners including HT Bushings and connections from protective devices like Buchholz Relay, Oil and Winding Temperature sensors etc. Lifting the Coil-Core assembly from the transformer tank at a safe place with the crane for physical examination and assessment of HT Coils, HT Tapping's etc and its connections for any damages by an electrical expert in presence of departmental engineers at the workshop. The job also includes testing of Transformer Oil. The job involves cost on account of elctrical engineer, skilled & unskilled workers, Workshop Charges including all testing equipment for complete assessment of the transformer as per standard procedure along with required tools & tackles for complete assessment of damage to the Buck-Boost Transformer. After physical examination, testing and assessment, the firm has to furnish a detailed report of the examination, testing and assessment of the said transformer & then the transformer is to be fitted inside the tank so as to prevent ingression of unwanted matter, moisture etc.

Cost on account of 9 Ton plate form truck/Troller as per site requirement.
