The Cooling Tower’s make should be listed on Cooling Technology Institute (CTI) web link. The Cooling Tower shall be complete with FRP Casing, FRP Basin, FRP louvers, FRP access door along with FRP inspection window. All internal supports/ structure should be Pultruded FRP. Unpressurised - Gravity Flow, Header and branch arm type water distribution system. 0.2 mm thick PVC Film Fills, High Efficiency Drift Eliminators, Ladder and Axial Flow Propeller Type Fan. Motor should be Totally Enclosed Air Over (TEAO), Weather Proof type with IP-55 protection class & Premium Efficiency, suitable for 415±10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase power supply and related accessories. Motor RPM should not be more than 360 RPM with direct driven system. FRP Deflector Cowls with acoustic enclosure to further reduction of noise is mandatory.
