M&L for applying 2mm thick white cement base wall care putty in two coats (each coat not less than 1mm) on walls and surface finished even and smooth with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of internal wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers and applying two coats of oil bound distemper make the surface smooth using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacturer of paint and all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge Note:- (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per manufacture’s instruction before application of distemper. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company based guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii) All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by department for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv)Painting is to be carried out upto 15.00m height .The contractor is advised to visit the site before quoting the tender.The rate quoted by contractor will deemned to be inclusive of necessary sacffolding work etc required at site. (v) The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I) (vi) putty shall be measured separately.

M & L for preparation of plastered/Putty surfaces of walls and applying two coats exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint white/colouredover over a coat of primer same make base all as specified and directed. Note:- Primer shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.
