S & F size 30 mm thick Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid DECORATIVE TYPE FLUSH DOOR SHUTTER of comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58- 60(Suspnsion Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ricehusk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screws with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 650 kg/cum , screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge) , minimum compressive strenght of 50 N/mm sqr , modules of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite /borer proof , water /mositure prooof and fire retardant . WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws complete all as specified and directed. M & L Granite 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plateforms and like including pointing in white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & incl 15mm thick screed bed built in CM 1:4 or pasted on stone with chemicla, including rounding of edges wherever required, including dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L kota stone slab 30 to 40 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, partition wall, window-cills, cooking plateforms and like including pointing in white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of stone over & incl , pasted on stone with chemicla, including rounding of edges wherever required, including dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L non-skid / mat finish coloured joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Tiling shall be as in patches or of any size or any description , any colour, any location or all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 300mm x 450mm / 350mm x 450 and 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dados, skirting and risers to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat to receiving to wall tiles in Cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of CPVC 20 mm outer dia pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors incl taking up or down steel tubing pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes coupling , including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantiliver brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915 mm x 460mm bowl size 410 mm x 330 x 160 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs stainless steel Kitchen Plate rack 1mm thick of size 900mmx780mmx222mm min weight 7.00kg fixed to wall. Complete all as specified.

M & L RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls/beams. on ramp and any other location etc. and incl all necessary formwork and including of old RCC slab complete all as specified and directed.

S & F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required incl cracking, bending spirally for hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L fly ash brick work with modular brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surface, surface finished even and fair, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water at any height etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of wall and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches , ceiling roses , pendent , regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down exhaust fan/ wall fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories after chasing in wall/ceiling etc, heavy duty ISI marked, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with inner frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly including cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

(b) One exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator

(c) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent boad.

(d) One bell point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

Description all as per item No 31.00 here in before but using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm copper conductor FRLS PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly.
