M & L Granite 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plateforms and like including pointing in white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & incl 15mm thick screed bed built in CM 1:4, including rubbing, including rounding of edges wherever required, including dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20 - 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads of steps over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing, including dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size as specified above.

Description same as per item No 10.00 above but as in skirting or vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size 20cmX20cmX25mm thick, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor etc over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, including dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 2nd class hard wood Plain solid , straight chowkhats and frames wrought, framed on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as directed and directed.

Apply a primer coat of chemistic Prime N Seal ( water base primer) and allow to dry for 6 hours, there after apply 02 coats of chemistik PDS-50 (WB high build Anti coronation coating cum water proofing) and shade by brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade Rate quoted shall included for scaffolding up to and including 04 Stories , covering etc, complete all as specified and as directed

M &L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, and eves board fixed with self tapping screws as specified including dismantling of existing asbestos sheets, complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over of red oxide / zinc chrome coat complete all as specified and as directed.
