A. Labour charges for execution of work Item No. 01) Labour charges for erection of tubular scaffolding in a four rows to a height of 20 mtr. Including conveyance of materials from the store and dismantling the same after completion of work and shifting to store etc. complete as directed

Item No. 02) Water tightening the roof. Item 02A) Labour charges for removal of deteriorated, pulverized and peeled out old pointing from roof area of the temple up to the avg. depth of 20-25 mm as required on site without damaging the ancient structure and disposing the dismantled materials to an average distance of 100 mtr. away from work site by head load etc. complete.

Item No. 02 B) Labour charges for grouting the roof of the Garbhagriha, Jangha, Antrala and Mandapa in Lime Mortar 1:1:1 i.e ( I U.Lime :1 Sand : 1 Surkhi) having joints 5-10mm wide and assuming average depth over the area of average depth 25-50 mm around the joints; required after cleaning the joints with air/water jets and pressure grouting the joits with flanges duly inserted and sealed the wall with necessary fittings including grouting machine hiring charges etc. complete. (Qty. of slurry prepared from L:M i.e. 8.58 cum & are will be accessed accordingly)

Item No. 02 C) Labour charges for Providing flush pointing to the joints of the roof area over Shikhara, Garbhagriha, Antarala , Mandapa, Mukhamandapa, Nandimandapa etc. in Lime Mortar 1:1:1 i.e 1 Lime :1 Sand : 1 Surkhi including curing with hand spray etc. Complete.

Item No. 03 (A) Labour charges for removal of the existing lime concrete flooring for Water tightening the roof over Garbhagriha inside of Shikhara of temple including throwing out the debris materials away from the temple area.

Item No. 03 B) Labour charges for water tightening the roof over Garbhagriha inside of Shikhara of temple by laying brick bat coba using 20 mm size brick aggregate obtained from approved well burnt first class brick in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 prop. to a avg. thickness of 10 cm and beaten hard with wooden beaten till the cream come on the top and then sprinkling of gull nut and jaggery water for the purpose setting till the surface rebound sound.

Item No. 04) Labour charges for removing an old damaged & uneven stone flooring including throwing out the debris way from the temple area with all leads and lifts etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 04 B) Labour charges for earthwork excavation manually for preparation of formation level for stone slab flooring including removal of the excavated materials and dispose as directed.

Item No. 04 C) Labour charges for providing and laying Brick gelly lime Concrete 1:2:4 proportion for foundation of stone flooring using 20 mm size stone metal including laying, compaction, curing etc. complete.

Item No. 04 D) Labour charges for providing and fixing Three line dressed trap basaltic stone slab (0.45x0.30) m for flooring and thickness of 10 cm to 15 cm (avg.) obtained from approved quarry in all corner should be in right angle, all sides properly chisel in chamfered and top surface plain nature in Lime Mortar 1:1:1 i.e 1 Lime :1 Sand : 1 Surkhi including curing all lead and lift etc. complete as directed

Item No. 04 E) Labour charges for providing flush pointing to the joints of the new and old flooring area in lime mortar 1:4 including racking out the old joints,curing etc. Complete.

Item No. 05) Labour charges for repairs to stone members of shikhara of southern side small temples with new stone members in lime mortar 1:1:1 i.e. (1U.Lime:1 Sand :1 Surkhi ) with including shifting from stackyard, lifting up to required level, placing in the position with necessary dressing as per as per existing architectural design , moulding & patterns ,cleaning the surface, clamping by using stainless steel flat of size 25 X 5mm and filling with binding materials and sealing the vertical joints and curing etc. complete.

Item No. 06) Labour charges for repairs to stone members of Adhisthana of main temple with new stone members in lime mortar 1:1:1 i.e. (1U.Lime:1 Sand:1 Surkhi ) with including shifting from stackyard, lifting up to required level, placing in the position with necessary dressing as per as per existing architectural design , moulding & patterns ,cleaning the surface, clamping by using stainless steel flat of size 25 X 5mm and filling with binding materials and sealing the vertical joints and curing etc. complete.

Item No. 07) Labour charges for barricading to southern side small temples of size 1.00m Height and center to center supporting pillars section 0.13 X 0.13m with top rail section 0.13 X 0.13m, two rows sections of size 0.15 X 0.10m with pedestal base in the cross from of size 0.40 X 0.55 X 0.13m etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 08) Labour charges for dewatering/desilting of Kund in the temple premises consisting of slushy earth and other foreign materials disposing the unwanted materials by lifting from bottoms to top of the Kund through manually up to a depth of 20 mtr. below ground level and throwing the proper places away from the site by head load including hiring charges of water pump.A) Dewatering 85%
