Dismantling and cutting of outer body of steam boiler and then cutting and removing fire tubes to gain access to combustion chamber. The further includes cutting and removing of damaged combustion chamber portion of steam boiler by way of using gas cutter, arc welding etc .The job includes removing of scales, carbon deposit etc ,preparing of surface ,filing of edges, Grinding / finishing the edges etc . The job includes providing, fabricating, fitting, welding and testing of curved plate of minimum size 1.8 m x 1. m (16 mm thick) of IBR grade quality (5A-516 GR. 60/70 or IS-2041 GR R260) in the damaged portion of combustion chamber as per sample. The job further includes aligning ,finishing and cleaning of inner and outer surface The job is to be executed by hiring certified IBR Welder and Skilled Labourers.All safety items, ventilation of confined space,lighting,sundry items ,dhoti cloth,etc are to be arranged by the firm. All other technical specifications,standards,works and details are as per Annexure B of this estimate

Dismantling and cutting of front drum of steam boiler to remove the damaged portion .The job includes cutting of damaged portion of by way of using gas flame, arc welding etc with the help of IBR Welding .The job includes removing of scales, carbon deposited etc ,welding and repairing of the same by using 8 mm plate as per sample. The job includes providing, fabrication, fitting and testing of 8 mm thick plate of IBR grade (5a-516 GR. 60/70 or IS-2041 GR R260).The job further includes All other technical specifications,standards,works and details are as per Annexure B of this estimate

Replacement , Providing, fitting , testing of seamless fire tubes IBR quality (BS 3059 (Part-1/BS 3059 ,Part-1I) with material test certificate of following sizes. All other technical specifications,standards,works and details are as per Annexure B of this estimate.

Painting of steam boilers by heat resistance paint of blue shade. The entire boiler has to be painted 01 coat of prime followed by 02 coats of heat resistance paint having resistance. The job also includes scrubbing/removal of damaged paint. The job needs to be executed by using of spray gun and also damaged portion of insulation and G.I. cladding if needed. The thickness of glass wool not less than 80mm thick and the density 160 kg/Cum.All other technical specifications,standards,works and details are as per Annexure B of this estimate.
