M&L for stickers/radium strips for ceiling/exhaust fan & geysers on front face printed with SM/MES Numbers including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling & taking out carefully existing ceiling fan of any size and removing the old fan rod and deposited to MES store yard and supply & fixing new Anti suicide rod/smart fan rod of length 12" any colour to match with the existing having following specifications :- (i) Thickness of rod=1.84( + 0.05)mm on zinc plated MS pipe with zinc plated spring mechanism (ii) MSME tested for 15 Kg weight bearing capacity & breaking at impact load more than 22 Kg (iii) The fan rod opens from its centre & spring hidden in pipe, expands to land on ground safely complete all as specified and directed. M&L for 5 mm thick cement plaster with Ready Mix Mortar of approved make as on ceiling, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Birla (HIL) or its equivalent.
