01) Construction of 3.0m Span RCC Slab Culvert at Appanampatty Village H/O Silvarpatty ESTIMATE COST : 11.08 Lakhs

Earth work excavation & Depositing on bank with Initial lead of 10m and lift & 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton hard red earth shales, murram, gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulder and in hard gravelly soils per SS 20B Including all other incidental charges such as slurring strutting, baling out water forming, protective bunds etc., complete for foundation.

Providing and laying for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of materials at site and watering and compacting etc.,complete complying with standard specifications

Providing and laying for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of materials at site and watering and compacting etc.,complete complying with standard specifications

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm ISS HBG metal in superstructure as per drawings and MORD technical specification clauses 800,1250.4 & 1205.5 Design mix M25 for Bed block & Dirt wall

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal in superstructure as per drawings and MORD technical specification clauses 800,1250.4 & 1205.5 Design mix M25 for Deck slab

Centering : Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including support and strutting up to 3.29m high for plane surface such as using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 40 cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10x6.50cm spaced at about 90 centre to centre and supported by casaurina props of 10 - 13cm dia spaced at 75cm c/c etc. complete. for Below sill

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.(MS rod or RTS bar will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recoverd at issue rate). the binding wire shall supplied by the contactor.

Providing and fixing PVC EXPANSION JOINT in between Deck slabs over abutment and pier as shown in the Drawing including cost and conveyance of expansion Joints including Shalimar pad and joint sealant etc., Complete 1 joint.

Providing and fixing Kraft paper full width of deck slab and including cost and conveyance to work site, labour for fixing the same in corect position and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard specifications.

Gravel filling behind the Abutments and wings with clean gritty gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel to worksite, including labour charges for filling in layers, watering, tamping under optimum moisture content to get the maximum density all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and fixing 100 mm Dia PVC Seepage pipes of required lengths for abutment and retaining walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site. Cost and labour for semispherical back fill arrangements with 100 mm size broken granite chips at the periphery and labour charges for fixing etc complete to drain the backfill as per standard specification.

02)Providing Paver Block Pavement from kalanampatty Perumal house to East Side H/ Silvarpatty ESTIMATE COST : 22.5 Lakhs

Earthwork excavation in all clauses of soils and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift for foundation as per ss20B

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and errection of centering for sides and soffits of cc works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method)

Paving interlocking Paver Blocks of 60mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all albour charges etc complete
