Surface excavation n. exc. 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block M-35 grade, any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 20.00 here-in-before but except interlocking paver block -diitto-

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundation including consolidation with plate vibrator before and after laying paver blocks etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) all as specified.

Dismantling of brick tiles single layer as in roof covering complete all as specified

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, concrete to bring the existing slab in slope of 1:40 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on cement mortar and joints grouted and pointed flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 31.00 here-in-before but except brick tiles -ditto- Note: Old serviceable brick tiles shall be re-used. Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cleaning and washing of serviceable bricks tiles.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces when concrete is still green, finished even and fair including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured separately.

Cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 3mm thick superior Atactic poly propylene modified polymeric membrance waterproofing treatment of weight not less than 3.6 Kg per sqm with properties of high penetration and the centre core consisting of 90 micron high Molecular-High Density polyethylene (HMHDPE) film consisting of five layers. The superior multi polyplus is to be laid after preparing the surfaces by cleaning thoroughly to achieve a smooth surface over and including a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 Litre per sqm over a coat of hot applied Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm. The overlaps between super multi polyplus shall be minimum 10cm seam in width/lengthwise complete all as specified and all as per manufacturer’s directions.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
