Dismantling and taking out water pump fan motor and water distribution pipes from the desert cooler carrying out minor repair to set the damaged/bent up parts by means of hammering/welding/riveting as required removing existing paint/treatment from the desert cooler completely and preparing the surface and applying externally one coat of synthetic enamel spray paint over a coat of red oxide primer(shutters shall be painted all round i.e. externally internally with one coat of synthetic enamel spray paint over a coat of red oxide primer) and fixing 14 SWG wire mesh for fixing the pads to shutters rearranging the pads and refixing motor pump PVC pipe distributor and sutters in existing positions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling cutting and removing of old burnt windings and rewinding of fan motor of desert cooler with super enamelled copper winding wire of required size including allied insulation materials varnish sleeves etc. greasing oiling re-assembling testing and refixing in the same positions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unsv PVC flexible tubing distributor and elbows and providing new PVC flexible tubing distributor and elbows for desert coolers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing new fan motor with copper winding wire in replacement of old motor AC Single Phase 230V 50Hz three speed with capacitor blades and brackets including necessary wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : KAITAN/CROMPTON/POLAR

Supply and fixing of capacitor in replacement of old capacitors having 3.15/4.00 mfd suitable for fan motor of desert cooler complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : USHA/TIPCON/HAVELLS.

Supply and fixing of submersible pump of desert cooler single phase AC 230V 50Hz in replacement of old unsv Submersible pump including necessary connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : COOL HOME/ KHAITAN/ POLAR/ SNOW COOL/LITTLE PUMP

Supply and fixing of 15 Amp selector switch 3 step speed control (LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH) in replacement of old switch of desert cooler complete all as specifies and directed by Engr-in-Charge Make : ANCHOR/AGI/DELITE

Supply and fixing of switch 5/15 Amp for water pump control in replacement of old switch for desert cooler complete all as specifies and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and replace 3 pin top power cable AC Extension Cord 3 Core Copper Heavy Duty wire for cooler with size dia 0.75 mm and 1.5 meter legnth
