Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications for Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero point nine zero liter/ ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/ 10 sqm(zero point seven five liter / ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture as per the direction of Engineer in Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (Zero point Ninty letre per Ten Square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (Zero point eighty letre per Ten Square metre)of approved brand and manufacture. as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges.The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, (TATA/SAIL/Apollo/ JSW Make ) including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : Two Sand : four graded crushed stone )aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal mix in bed block and dirt wall for plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,804,805,806,807,1202 & 1204 including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
