Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS Steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and blinding wire all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Rainforcement Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but icluding curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slab

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick for R.C.C. Items including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering Course with Brick Jelly Lime Concrete using 20 mm brickjelly with Lime of 32 : 12.5 ratio including cost conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete

Finishing the Top of Roof with one course of Pressed Tiles of size 23 cm x 23 cm x 2 cm laid in cement mortor 1 : 3 mix and Pointing with the same mortor mixed with water proof compound including cost conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete

Providing Gronolothick Floor Finish in Cement Concrete 1 ; 2 : 4 mix by using 10 - 12 mm iss hbg chips including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete

Distembering Two Coats with Primer coat and Two Coat with OIL BOUND DISTEMBER over cement plastered surface including all charges etc complete

Painting Two coat approved Exterior emulsion over the plastered surface including cost and all other charges etc.,
