Head 25 HP motor pumping unit I1 & III at LIS Kaskoot by way of dismantling and then providing and fitting of gland packing and other minor works after extracting the old one out from the pumping units and sluice valves. Oiling and greasing all the requisite point of machinery, P/F of nut bolts/studs after cutting of damaged ones of the units at LIS Kaskoot. The complete job includes cost of materials and labour charges. Repair to the foot valve of 6” dia of unit I1 & III by way of dismantling of foot valve from suction line and extracting them out from sump tank using tools and tackles with the help of manual labour. Job includes dismantling of foot valve at site, P/F of leather washer cut to required size. Fitting of the foot valve with new nuts & bolts, gasket sheet to suction pipe and testing Complete at LIS Kaskoot Repairs to 25 HP Star Delta starter of unit I1 & III by way of extracting the damaged worn out parts. Providing and fitting of no voltage coil, overload relay, moving and fixed contacts. Repairs to the tripping system by brazing and finishing to required size. Replacement of worn out thimbles, by way of cutting the burnt ends of cables and then p/f of thimble of appropriate rating/sizes. Topping up transformer oil by 05 litres. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges at site. The complete job includes all sorts of dismantling works, assembling , hire charges of tools and tackles required to execute the job at site.
