RequiredUndertaking on structural stability and soundness as per Proforma on Page 10. Affidavit to be furnished on a Non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 200/-

RequiredUndertaking by contractor on his Letter-Head in the following format - I/We Declare that, I/We have not been Debarred/Blacklisted by Central Government/State Government.

RequiredERP training certificate issued through LMS of ERP. The Non-CPWD Contractors shall be allowed to participate in tender with an undertaking that - I/We will obtain ERP certificate as per OM No. DG/Enlist. Rules-2023/10 dated 22.04.2024
