Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 25mmx 6 mm GI strip in ground including excavation in all type of soil as required filling, dewatering if necessary, disposal of excess earth etc., interconnection of earth strip & continuous welding the joints in all four contact edges, painting the joint with black bituminous compound, painting with two coats of black bituminous compound for earth strip in ground etc. all as required & instrurcted by the EIC.

Supply, installation. testing and commissioning of earthing pit with 38-40 mm dia. class B GI pipe of 4.0 m length confirming to IS 3043 complete with all required materials Iike coke / charcoal, salt, G.I. nut bolts, washers. 15O mm thick concrete wall chamber of suitable size duty plastered having size 500mm x 500mm x 500 mm , heavy duty (minimum 6 mm thick) M.S chequered plate cover, associated materials like 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame work, hinged locking arrangements, complete with funnels, GI test links (50 x 6 mm) with clamp of 50 mm x3 mm G.I strips for connecting G.I. pipe & test Link etc. including Excavation of ground in all types of soils upto 1 mtr. depth / upto hard rock & there after making 200mm dia. 4.5 M deep bore hole from ground level, refilling with alternate layers of charcoal salt & removal of excess earth etc., including measuring & recording earth pit resistance, all as-required as per the standard drawing of earthing, specifications & Instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1) The chamber cover & frame shall be got approved by Department 2) Painted with one coat of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint including painting of Earth pit resistance value & date of testing.
