CONSULTANCY CONDUCTING STRUCTURAL AUDIT OF OVERHEAD TANK NEAR BLDG NO P 355 AT CME PUNE

Conducting Structural Audit :-

Mobilisation and demobilisatin of tools equipments and personnel required to execute complete job as required for structural audit complete all as directed by GE (CME).

Visual inspection, detailed physical inspection of structural member for their condition as to the distress deteriorations, deformations, connection, alternation at various damages and effects it sahll be carried out as qualitative assessment in accordance with latest guidelines of Indian Society of Structural Engineers visual health inspection of overhead tank covering internal, external using high tapping hammer marking in floor plan all the visual defects, detoragation and qualification.

Performance of NDT test if required

Conducting Non Destructive test using digital rebounded hammer as IS 13311 Part 2-1992 which rebound member converted into compressive strength (reading for one test shall be average of 10 reading) number to test carried out shall be as given in relevant IS for each structural member.

Conducting Non destructive test on concrete by Ultrasonic Pulls velocity instrument as per IS 516 Part 5 (Section-1 2018) using 54 kHz / 25kHz transact and submitting proper analytical report according to code all provisions complete of as directed number of test carried out shall be as given as relevent IS for each structural member.

Health Assessment :-

Health Assessment overhead tank based on analysis of overhead tank and verfying the safety of the overhead tank as per current code provisions and recommendations for corrective measures.

Submission of Structural Audit Report- The consultant shall be submit three set (hard copies) following documents :-

The finding from details and visual inspections alongwith suggested remediate measures.

Finding the probable causes of damages, seepage/leakage and status of external plumbing installations.

The report of all the NDT test carried out as broonched out above including at testing methodology etc.

Suggestion of emedial measures report method and application etc.

Completion of field lab test results conducts NABL test lab.
