Bypass Roadwork

Clearing and grubbing road land (heavy jungle) including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and tress girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete in accordance with MORT&H Technical Specification Clause 201.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures, graded and compacted to meet the required layers , spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross section including watering, spreading by Dozer, grading by motor grader and consolidation by vibratory road roller with desired field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density , all lead, lifts, loading, unloading,,all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete in accordance with MORT&H Technical Specification Clause 305.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained excavation from field and foundation of other structures, graded and compacted to meet the required layers , spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross section including watering, spreading by Dozer, grading by motor grader and consolidation by vibratory road roller with desired field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density , all lead, lifts, loading, unloading,,all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete in accordance with MORT&H Technical Specification Clause 305. (Labour rate for Cutting quantity of earthwork)

Construction of Subgrade and earthern shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, tranporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement in layers and compacting by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to acheive 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., spreading by Dozer, grading by motor grader, consolidation by vibratory road roller and carriage by tipper complete with a lead , all lifts, loading, unloading, hire charges of machinery etc., complete in accordance with MORT&H Technical Specification Clause 305.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base Grading V of 150 mm thick by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Construction of Granular Sub-Base Grading III of 100mm thick by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250 mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/ WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as perClause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/ WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as perClause 503 of MORTH Rev-5
