Complete Removal of existing water proofing treatment any description up to concrete surface of roof slab including cleaning, with wire brushing, watering, removal of debris upto 1500 m distance complete all as specified and directed NOTE :- Unit rate quoted shall also include for removal of PVC water storage tank wherever existing carefully and refixing at the same or other position after completion of roof repair work

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) roof or chajja padding of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete and PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja padding for maintaining roof/chajja slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying oil bound primer @ 0.40 Litre/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Litre at 25 degree cesius on the prepared dry roof surface and provide and lay 4mm thick APP modifed water proofing membrane reinforced with non-wooven polyster matt with physical properties as given in particular specification. The laying shall got be done through authorized applicator of manufacturer as specified in particular specifications. Provide over the membrane finishing with two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/sqm as prescribed by manufacturer of membrane including Ten years guarantee on prescribed form complete all as per particular specification , manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repairs Aluminium / copper strips 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F vitreous china porcelain insulator with busbar support white type, complete all as specified and directed including taking down old insulator.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0, using (12.5mm garded stone aggregate) blocks of size as per IE rules including necessary use and waste of form work as in grouting of porcelain insulator complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top surface including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls etc including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing debries directed for a distance max upto 500m complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces cement plaster in CM (1:4) , finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specfified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces with two coats i.e (15 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:6) and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM (1:4)) , finished even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5Cement-15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including levelling profiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for epoxy base joint filler paint on external surfaces of walls to fill the cracks with and including resin and hardener in proportion as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed Make : Pidilite / Focrac / Chemistic or equivalent

M & L for exterior wall decorating and water proofing treatment to wall surface by wire brushing in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with clean water & allow to dry.Cut the crack portion "V" shape and Fill visible cracks/jointis by Chemistic crackseal caulking compund & allow to dry for 24 Hours. Apply a primer coat of Chemistic Prime N Seal (water base primer) and allow to dry fopr 6 hours. Thereafter apply 02 coats of Chemistik PDS-50(WB high Build Anti Caronation Coating cum waterproffing) & shade by brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade. Rate quoted shall include for scaffolding to any height , covering etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic antifungal paint exterior grade paint plain or camouflage pattern on one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
