Earthing with G.I. Earth plate 600mm 600mm x 6mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosue with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc.with charcoal /coke and salt) as reqd.

S & L 25 mm x 5mm G.I. Strip at 0.5 metre below ground as strip earth electrode ,including connection / termination with G.I nut bolt ,spring washer etc. As reqd.( jointing shall be doneby overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. Nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia GI wire in 15mm dia GI pipe with earth electrode i/c connection with GI thimble excavation re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Repairing of following rating Electrical Motor by rewinding, varnishing including dismentaling of motor from pump by heavy labour i/c loading , unloading, to and fro cartage , complete with repairing of connection plate,fan,fan cover and required balancing ,making connection,installation ,testing & commissioning on full load etc. as required complete in all respects.(old material will be retained by contractor).

Replacement of bearing (support bearing) of following rating electrical Motor etc. as required.

Replacement of bearing (load bearing) following rating electrical Motor i/c machining of shaft, hardchroming whereever required and polishing etc. as required complete in all respects.

Repairing of the following dia/models of storm water pump i/c dismantling of pump set from base frame by cutting of nut bolts of suction side and delivery side and holding of delivery line by dead flange and thrust support and suction line by holding with tripod arrangement i/c loading/unloading by skilled labour, to & fro cartage along with replacement of its parts/accessories i/c gland plate/spilt gland, MS Lock nut with Lock washer, Keys of impeller & coupling, stud of Gland plate and all packings i/c oiling, greasing, replacement of required body studs & nuts, coupling tyre, required machining works for proper balancing of complete pump unit and minor repair works and dynamic balancing with existing motor i/c installation, testing and commissioning on full load etc. as required complete in all respects.
