M & L for servicing solar FP collector by removing the flange plates, cleaning the collectors internally by using Descalo solution, removing the blockages in the collectors and refixing the flange plates, testing for satisfactory function all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sevicing solar manifold and tank by removing all the tubes in the monifold, cleaning the tubes internally, removing the blockages in the tubes and cleaning the tank and removing all the impurities, assembling and testing for satisfactory funtion all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs heating element 25mm to 32mm dia, ISI marked for solar water heating plant of capacity 3KW all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S & F flange plates of size 25 mm dia suitable for flat plate collectors incuding taking down old unseviceable flange plate all specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs thermostat for solar water heating plant suitable size and ratings etc complete.

Supply and fixing in repairs flexible heat resistance rubber pipe (from inter connect plate collector to hot water tank) of size 25 mm to 32 mm dia etc with fixing clamp etc complete all as specified.

Taking down the collector from its position, removing the top glass of collector and carry out welding/brazing work to the collector and arresting the leakages in the collector, refixing top glass back, testing for satisfactory function all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old unserviceable solar flat plate collector by disconecting flange plates and rubber hose pipes and replacing with new flat plate collector of same size and model, connecting flange plates and rubber hose complete, testing for proper functioning all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of 6.00 sqmm single core multi stranded PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor (red for phase and black for neutral) of grade 1100 volt FRLS cable in and including electrical grade PVC conduits of desired colour not less than1.2 mm thick and of 25 mm dia & 4 sqmm copper conductor cable PVC unsheathed green coloured for earthing with complete accessories duly connected with earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed incl taking down old unserviceable one. Make of wire-- Finolex/Havells/Plaza.

Repair, maintenance and servicing of storage type electric water heater (geyser) of capacity 25 to 50 litres comprising of the following tasks at different locations including taking down, transportation to work shop ,opening the geyser, replacement of defective spares and reinstalling the same including testing as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Bajaj, Ditz, Primer, Galco, Racold, Havells, Jaguar or any other make.

(a) Inspection of geysers includes taking down, transporting to works shop for repair, (dismantling) opening descaling, brushing cleaning of storage tank

(b) Check and correct earth continuity of electrical items

(c) Replacement of neon lamp / indicator lamp if defective.

(d) Inspect over flow/vent pipes and remove blockage/ obstructions if any.

(e) Examine water tightness tank after cleaning and necessary measures to make the same water tight if not.

(f) Check thermostat for its proper functioning

(g) Visual examination of fusible plug to ensure its intactness.

(h) Checking of dead weight type high pressure release valve ( PRV ) by removing dead weight protection cleaning the seat and ensuring that the vent hole is not blocked / chocked

j) Descalling of the immersion type heating element and cleaning with diluted hydrochloric acid and refixing.

k) Checking and adjustments of pressure reducing valves, carrying out operation of all stop cocks & ensure free movement of all working parts.

l) Replacement of the rubber / PVC gasket to ensure water tightness

m) Testing of Geysers after repairs

n) Replacement of defective components such as thermostat safety valves fusible plug, Heating elements, storage tank apparatus plate etc. Note:- Spare components will be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevent item of Sch 'A'. These parts shall be of the same make of which the geyser is in repair.

Scraping old paint of 50 litres capacity geyser (Approx painting area- 2.00 Sqm) making the surface smooth for painting, applying two coats of synthetic enameal paint over a coat of red oxide primer, with superior quality approved paint as approved by Engineer-in-Charge including writting MES No - on geyser with black paint of size as ordered complete all as specified and as directed.

Multi core round PVC insulated copper conductor PVC sheathed cable, 1100 Volts grade cable 3 core 4 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Plaza/Havells/Polycab/Anchor

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (Power/socket) surfaces / concealed with PVC sheathed cables drawn in and including PVC rigid conduit with all fitting and fixing accessories, earth wire, MS terminal boxes with hylam sheet top covers complete removing material to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall ceiling and floors as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully the existing unserviceable ceiling / Exhaust fans/ Wall mounted fan of any make/ model and sweep from different sites in the building for overhauling / servicing after disconnecting carefully cleaning and checking unserviceable components, and replacing the defective components such as bearing, rubber bush/bolt, gunmetal bush, capacitor burnt windings flexible cord, shaft and painting etc., including assembling after lubricating the movable components and installing in its original position connecting, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- For Sl. Item No. 49 above Bearing/ Gunmetal bush/ rubber bush bolt/ capacitor / cord flexiable / stator/rotor and painting only will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M & L for rewinding of ceiling fans 1200/1400mm sweep of any make/model, including removal of existing burnt windings carefully from the slots,cleaning the slots thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent, applying slot insulation and rewinding with super enmelled copper winding wire of same gauge/same number of turns as that of existing and connecting the coils suitable to operate on 230 volts single-phase AC supply permanent capacitor type, tying the windings and applying air dry insulating varnish and drying the windings including replacing the defective components such as bearing, gun metal bush,rubber bush/bolt, capacitor,flexible cord, shaft and painting including assembling after lubricating movable components complete including testing complete all as specified and directed for :- Note :-(1) Fan will be issued from AGE E/M store yard through gate pass.(2) Bearing/ Gunmetal bush/ rubber bush bolt/ capacitor / cord flexiable / stator/rotor and painting only will be measured and paid separately under respective item.
