Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Any objections regarding the items in the Schedule-B shall be brought to the notice of the authority. No objections will be entertained later & work has to be executed in complete manner. 11)Bidders should mention Address for Correspondence, Contact number AND E-mail id in e-portal without fail. 12)Bidders shall submit Original documents as uploaded in e-procurement to the office of Executive Engineer VVWS UGD WEST for verification within 5 days of opening tender. No correspondence shall be made regarding the same from this office
