To Provide electricity in Hon'ble High Court Newely constructed Conference Hall with the laying of 11 KV cable and its related works along with the carriage, loading/unloading of materials from Naini Store/ Power House store to site of work under the jurisdiction of EUDD-Mayohall, Prayagraj.

Erection of supports 11 mtr. long including flouting with cement sand and brick ballast in 1:4:8 up-to 1/6th length of the support.

Steel tubular pole 11 mtrs.

Cutting, fabrication, fixing and mounting of following accessories along with pin, pin insulator and ‘F’ Clamp as per enclosed drawing

11 KV 'V' Type X-arm along guarding angle/channels.

11 KV type sectional pole fitting at tapping and pole/terminating pole, tension type fitting with guarding angle/channels along with the jumpering arrangement.

Erection of Double Pole supports 11 Mtr. long including grouting with cement, sand and brick ballast in ratio 1:4:8 upto 1/6th length of the support with channel angle fitting.

Steel Tubular Pole /R.S joist 11 mtr long.

Fixing and grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nuzzling as per Urban construction Drg No. DD SO-31.

Painting of supports and its accessories with one coat of Red Oxide as Primer and 2 Coats of Alum. Paint after rubbing, cleaning etc. in all respect.

Single support of Round Pole

Making of 11 KV Bus bar arrangement on existing four pole by providing, fabricating channels, angles, fixing with clamps/ U bolts, hoisting pin and Pin Insulator and connecting conductor/DD wire for the purpose of Bus Bar in all respects.

Cutting and fabrications of double pole fittings for 11/0.4 KV LT S/s with MS channel and angle for top channel GO, DO fittings, T/F base channels ladder support, rail top etc. Mounting and fixing of above fitting on D/P on with clamp and “U” bolt.

Mounting and fixing of 11 KV Gang operating switch/ DO fuse set on F/P/Double Pole adjustment of GO with operating Rod., Pile and handle complete in all espects including jumpering work.

Safe loading, Carriage and placement of 11/0.4 KV transformer and its proper fastening of four pole with the help of Angle/ Clamps.

Complete earthing of neutral and body of Transformer, LT Cubical Box boring/lowering process of GI Pipe 50 mm dia for a length of 3 Meter also with MS earthing Rod 20 mm dia 2.5 Mtr. long and connecting electrodes with GI Pipe to equipment.

Laying of 11 KV 185 sq. mm. HT cable including raising the both ends connecting with line/ Sub-station after digging cable trench 0.9 M. deep, making of brick channel, filling the channel with sand after laying the cable, filling trench complete work.

For cutting the PUCCA/Bitumen road.

Safe unloading of 11/0.4 KV T/F from four pole/ Double pole cartage of the same form site to Mayo Hall store, unloading, shifting at proper place in tore.

Construction of 11/0.4 KV Transformer plinth in size 1.5x1.5x 1.8 mtr. Height, including 0.6 mtr. below Gl. in bottom 1:4:8 cement sand and brick ballast; concreting up-to 15 cm. thickness after ramming should be done. Thickness of 1st class brick work should be 0.35 mtr. below G.L. and above G.L. It should be 0.23 mtr. brick work bill be done with 1:4 cement, sand mortar, The space between the four walls should be filled with sand by ramming and watering keeping a space of 0.15 mtr on lop for 1:2:4 cement stone ballast and sand concreting. The two channels should be grouted as per direction of site in charge. All the sides of wall above G, L. should be plastered by 1:6 cement sand mortar having 12 mm thickness.

Jointing of 11 KV cable box with cable and connecting the same with line/switchgear.

11 KV 185 sq. mm. outdoor, indoor.

Cutting fabricating fixing and mounting of MS Channel/angle fitting support for holding 11 KV outdoor joint box.

Erection and grouting of 11 KV HT Metering cubical/11 KV CVT/11 KV VCB incoming/outgoing/bus coupler complete with earthing.

Laying of single 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable by normal trench drilling method by braking of footpath/road. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 1050 mm from the surface of road. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (The rates must be quoted for each cable of length per mtr.)
