Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in widthas well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 mand lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: All kinds of soil DSR 2.1.1

TMT Fe-500 steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and and over lapping & hooks. DSR 5.22.6

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand DSR 13.4.1

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) DSR 13.44.1

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including Primer coat DSR 13.48.2 + DSR 13.51.1

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete DSR 11.39

Supply and fixing 6mm thick china glazed tiles of first quality in skirting or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
