Improvement to Road and CD work of Purusottamapur High School to Kalaspur via Kusunpur, Harijana Sahi ,Taradei, Thakurani, Baruhan chhaka, Baruan GP, Kujahala, Shyamasundarpur and Kalaspur road under Impvt. to-Existing RD Road in the Dist. of Jajpur

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 but excluding the charges of GST etc. complete & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoRTH specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) but excluding the charges of GST etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).

Fine dressing and turfing including transportation by mechanical means with all leads and lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour and all materials but excluding the charges of GST etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2, M30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridges and culverts (expansion joints), admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.

Providing,supplying,fitting and fixing of 80mm thick interlocking concrete paver block on compacted river coarse sand free from all organic materials and filling the joints with sand including cutting,corbelling, splays whereever necessary to proper size with cost,conveyance,royalities of all materials and as directed by Engineer-in-chief.

CD works

Earth work in excavation of fondation in hard soil within the initial lead & lift including dressing & levelling the bed & depositiong the excavated earth away from the site etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Filling sand-Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.
