Supply and laying polyester coated steel sheets roofing of trapezoidal profile having 31+/- crest height & pitch not to exceed 195 mm centre to centre width made from 0.55 mm thick cold rolled low carbon steel-“O” grade, half hard conforming to IS-513 and a minimum yield stress of 240 Mpa and the sheets shall be hot dipped galvanized with zinc coating of grade 120 conforming to IS-277 silicon / regular modified polyester coating as specified in the technical specification conforming to IS-14246 and shall be laid over tubular trusses and purlins. The cost includes providing fixing of self drilling and self tapping fastners (head of the fastener shall be protected with PVC caps matching colours) with EPDM washers, thrust washers, flat washers stitch, screws, caps etc. complete as required total coated thickness of the sheets shall be 0.60 mm and testing shall be done as per relevant IS/BIS codes, The colour shall be decided by the Engineer-in-charge. (For godown roofing, plateform and ridges having profile similar to polyester coated steel sheets)
Supplying and Fixing of turbo ventilators on the top of godown roof with high performance industrial turbo ventilators of minimum 600 mm dia neck of aluminum alloy, designed to wind speed of 50m/sec and inclusive of base plate & all necessary accessories, specification of multi roof ventilator got approved from Engineer-in-charge before installation.
KARAULI
Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume profile sheets with the depth of 30mm and pitch of corrugation 200mm (Colour and shape of profile as approved by the Engineer-in-charge), 0.60mm (TCT) total coated thickness (tolerance as per relevant IS code), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 (zinc aluminium alloy coating nominal composition: 55% aluminium 43.5% zinc & 1.5% silicon mass total of both sides) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20-25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheets should be supplied in single length as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5X55mm) with EPDM seal and washers of make-Coroshield / durotuff ( as per engineer in charge) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shapes wherever required. All screw should be sealed with sillicon sealant.
