Providing and fixing 4 mm thick Solid Colour Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) of approved make, colour/shade and finish (charcoal grey, graphite grey, black, white or other approved solid shade), fixed over suitable Aluminium/Gl framework, including framework, cutting, grooving, bending, fabrication, cleats, brackets, screws/fasteners, structural silicone/sealant, joints, corners and edge finishing, all materials and labour, complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge/CEO.

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick Wood Finish ACP of approved make, wood grain, shade and finish, fixed over suitable Aluminium/Gl framework, including framework, cutting, grooving, bending, fabrication, fasteners, silicone/sealant, joints, corners and edge finishing, all materials and labour, complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge/CEO.

Providing, fabricating and fixing of Stainless Steel (SS) Grade 304 railing of approved design and finish, comprising SS 304 pipes/tubes/sections of required diameter and thickness for vertical posts, top handrail and intermediate members, including SS base plates, brackets, clamps, connectors, anchor fasteners, nuts, bolts and all other required accessories; including cutting, drilling, bending, fabrication, TIG welding, grinding, buffing, polishing, erection and fixing at site, complete with all labour, tools and tackles, transportation, wastage and all incidental works, complete in all respects as per approved design, site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge/CEO.

Providing and fixing of approximately 1.00 metre high Concertina Razor Wire Security Fencing, comprising high-tensile galvanized steel razor wire formed into continuous spiral/circular concertina coils of approximately 450 mm nominal coil diameter, with approximately 2 to 2.5 coils (roundals) per running metre, suitably overlapped and securely fixed to provide continuous security fencing, including all necessary cutting, shaping, joining and overlapping of coils, GI binding wire, clamps, brackets, nuts, bolts, washers, fasteners and all other required accessories, complete with proper alignment, tensioning and fixing, including labour, tools and tackles, transportation, handling, wastage and all incidental works, complete in all respects as per the manufacturer's specifications, site requirements and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge/CEO.

Providing and fixing UV-stabilized HDPE green shade net, minimum 75% shade factor, of approved make and quality, suitable for outdoor use, including cutting to required size, necessary overlapping, stitching of edges with UV-resistant thread/tape, providing eyelets wherever required and securely fixing the net with Gl binding wire/nylon rope, clamps, hooks, fasteners and other necessary accessories to the existing supporting structure/framework, including stretching, tensioning and proper alignment, complete with all materials, labour, transportation, loading, unloading, wastage, tools and tackles, complete in all respects as per site requirements and directions of Engineer-in-Charge/CEO.

Providing, supplying and erecting 2.40 m (approx. 8 ft) high precast RCC boundary wall, comprising 50 mm thick suitably reinforced M-30 grade precast RCC wall panels and M-30 grade precast RCC posts/pillars, including excavation, PCC/CC foundation, embedding and fixing of posts, necessary reinforcement, placing and fixing of precast panels in proper line, level and plumb, joint filling/grouting, curing and finishing, including all materials, labour, transportation, loading, unloading, lifting, erection, machinery, tools and tackles, complete in all respects as per approved drawing and directions of Engineer-in-Charge/CEO.

1. Conditional tender shall not be accepted and in such case if the same tender is found lowest

the earnest money deposited by the contractor shall be forfeited.

2. Quantities may be increased or decreased upto any extant and contractor shall have no

claim for the same, the contractor is liable to pay all taxes as applicable by the Government.

3. If rates for N.S. Item not quoted, it means that contractor is ready to execute the work at free

of cost upto the value mentioned above in N.S. item.
