M&L for taking out existing centrifugal pump of capacity 170/ 165 HP for servicing ( as per manufacture instructions) by disconnecting motor and pump set, pipe line and removing of all parts like bearing, bushes, impeller, shaft etc cleaning all rusted surfaces and scales formed inside/out side pumpset etc cleaning, oiling, greasing at proper places and re-fixing with oil paper packing in position, duly aligned with motor with all serviceable parts incl painting with one coat of anti corrosive paint over red oxide primer and writing MES /SM No and testing and commissioning all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) Spares requires replacement shall be measured and paid sepearately under relevent item of this Schedule

Disconnecting and taking out Monoblock / Centrifugal / submersible motor pump up to 7.5 HP capacity, shifting to local workshop for repairs complete and refixing, alligned the motor in proper position and painting with one coat of anti corrosive paint over red oxide primer and testing and commissioning for smooth running condition all as directed.

Dismantling and taking out the existing mono block / centrifugal / Submersible type pump set upto 7.5 HP by disconnecting suction and delivery pipe lines of pump set , separate the motor from the pump, removing the burnt out winding from the slot cleaning the stator and rotor with CTC and smooth sand paper and rewinding the motor with suitable gauge of size with super enameled copper conductor and insulating by using class 'B' insulation keeping for drying, connecting electric connection, testing and commissioning all complete as specified and directed
