CONSULTANCY FOR STRUCTURAL DESIGN PREPARATION OF ESTIMATE AND BILLS OF QUANTITIES FOR PROVN OF 8 X OFFRS MD ACCN AT RASPUNJA MIL STN

Consultancy for preparation of Structural Design and Drawings as per IS 456-2000 and National Building Code 2016 for Provn of 08 Offrs MD Accn at Raspunja Military Camp at Kolkata (G+2 for 06 Offrs MD Accn incl servant Qtrs and 06 x Garage, G+0 for 02 Offrs including servant Qtr and 2 x Garages for car) and RCC Retaining Wall and Toe Wall, vetting from IITs and submission of drawings 07 (seven) sets in hard copy and 01 (one) set in soft copy complete all as specified and as directed. (A) Structural Drawings consists of followings: (i) Foundation and Cols Details with steel reinforcement (ii) Plinth Beams Details with steel reinforcement (iii) Lintel, Chajja, Stair Details with steel reinforcement (iv) Floor beams and Roof Beam Details with steel reinforcement (v) Roof slab Details with steel reinforcement

(B) Conultant shall also provide Structural design based on the following aspect: (i) Structural design will be prepared based on srructural anlysys as per sound engineering practice as per standard provisions of IS 875, IS 456:2000, IS 1893:2016 and IS 13920 and other relavant/applicable code sand speial publications as applicable on date. The design to be carried out by Limit State method. (ii) Structural drawings should be designed in STAAD pro model. (iii) The structure shall be designed for earthquake loading as per IS 1893:2016 and wind loading as per IS 875(Part III) - 2015 (iv) RCC Building will be designed as RCC frame structure with M25/M30 concrete and reinforcement shall be Fe 500D/Fe 550D for main and secondary reiforcement including stirrups. However RCC M30 shall be specified for water retaining structures. All RCC work shall be done as per IS 456 and Reinforcement shall be specified as per IS 1786:2008. Fire rating of RCC members shall not be less then 2 hours. Steel members/ element shall be designed as per latest revisions of IS 800. Foundation design, if required as piles then pile & pile caps shall be dewsigned with M30 Design Mix concrete

(v) The structural design calculation and drgs will be vetted by IITs. (vi) The consultant shall submit following in soft as wall as in hard copy :- (a) All structural drawing including the details of expansion joint, if any, in tracing as well as print copy duly vetted. (b) Design folder containing summery of design assumptions and loads, load combinations, design sheets, load calculations, material strength full input and output details of structural analysis and design calculation duly quoting respective clause of relevant IS code for each and every calculation, input output details of foundation design including geotechnical details followed duly vetted by vetting agency. Design assumption shall be clearly brought out in folder. (c) All design folder & drawings including tracing sheets should have the following certificate from the checking/vetting agency "It is certified that the design and detailing are complying all the requirments of relevant Indian Standards including seismic codes and special publication provisions. Accordingly the structural design folder and drawings are vetted for compliance of codal provisions and structural soundness.

(d) Design drg will be submitted with ine set of drgs as tracing, two set tracing prints and two sets of design folder including one soft copy of all details. (e) Consulting agency shall also provide requisite assistance, clarification, amendments and support if necessary during execution of work as and when issue is refferred to him. (C) Architectural Drawing : Preperaing detail Archituctural drawing, for all buildings incorporated with all the details as per para 1 (e) of consultancy scope. Note 1:- Specification, fittings/fixture of MD Offr's Accn (Plinth Area 1267.39 Sqm) shall be considerd confirming to GRIHA 3 Star Rating Norms. Note 2:- The site is in low lying area. Moorum filling at site as per requirement shall be considerd and FFL shall be finalised accordingly. Proof checking & vetting Vetting from IIT and submission of all structural drawings as per latest Indian standard codes & practice.

Detailed Estimate Preparation of BOQ & Yardstick and detailed estimate for all the buildings as per the approved material calculation and architectural, structural drawings as per MES SSR 2020 pattern alongwith market rate analysis. (Plinth Area -1411.39 Sqm) Internal services: (a) Preparation of BOQ of Internal electric supply. (b) Preparation of BOQ of Internal water supply (c) Preparation of BOQ of Sanitary Fittings and associated items (d) Furniture Layout
