Construction of tube well in NDMC area during 2025-26. SH. Revival of 5 nos. existing borewells and 5 nos. open well for Horticulture purpose at various location of NDMC area.

Taking out defective 1.5/2/3/4/5/6/6.5 HP submersible pumpset from tubewell/open well alongwith pipe of size 32 mm to 100 mm with the help of chain pulleyand tripod or any other arrangement including carriageway/stacking of pipes/bends/clampsets/submersible cable and proper watch and ward etc. complete. Not for measurement where submersible pumpset is stuck or fallen in the borewell.

Installation of repaired/new 1.5/2/3/4/5/6/6.6 HP submersible pumpset in tube well/ open wellincluding carrying away of G.I.pipes for lowering the submersible pumpset alongwith tying of cable with pipeand fixing of G.I.bend and alignment the same with mainline and jointing of cable from LT switch board including mounting clampsetand providing reducer and other G.I./M.S. accessories (if required) e.g new G.I. bend/tail pieceand mounting clampsetand rubber packingand nuts/bolts including testing and commissioning etc. complete.

Supplying KSB/SU /PLUGA make 100mm submersible pump coupled with 5.0 HP, 2900 RPM, submersible motor suitable for operation on three phase, 415volts, 50 cycles, AC supply. The pump shall be capable for the following performances. App. Discharge (m³/hr) 3.5 17.40 Total Head (Metres) 120 14

Supplying Finolex/ Netco make Copper Conductor 3 Core X2.5mm² flat water proof submersible cable.

Providing and replacing the burnt Miniature circuit breaker by Indo Asian/Havells / MDS Loadster/Standard/ L&T make 32 Amperes TPN Miniature circuit breaker suitable for 400/440 voltsand 3phase and A.C.supply including testing etc complete.

Supplying Jindal / Tata make 50 mm (Medium class) G.I pipe B Class welded with G.I flanges at both ends having semi-circular cut for protection of cable in 3 metre, including rubber washer and nuts of 8 mm dia complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (flanged ended) 50 mm nominal bore

Pumping of water from open well and checking recharge capacity of the well by continuous pumping, including removal and disposal of floating/deposited debris from the well, measuring static and pumping water levels to assess well recharge, using suitable capacity hired pumps (electric) with suction/discharge pipes, hoses, and all accessories, including the cost of operation and maintenance, fuel, mobilization/demobilization, and hiring of required capacity DG set for power, and cleaning of well site after the work is completed, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of all labour, equipment, materials, and incidental charges required for completion of the job in all respects

Development of tube well in accordance with IS: 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by “V” notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tube well, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete. 200 mm clamp

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell of: 200 mm dia.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. without charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete : 50 to 80 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work 50 mm dia nominal bore
