Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - incharge, , cost of all labour charges, minor tools , labour welfare cess, GST etc, complete.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from RCC slabs, beams, columns etc.with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or ofapproved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders ofcavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcementwith wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 50mm average thickness

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead, including cost of labour, minor tools, LWC & GST etc., complete.

Supplying, preparing and priming the reinforcement steel with Epoxy Zinc primer or epoxy anti corrosive paint (Conforming to having IS/BS certification), including cosat of all materials all labour charges, minor tools etc., complete.

Supply and application of Epoxy concrete Bonding agent ( Conforming to and having BS 6319 certification) and over cleaned and properly prepared old concrete surface to give good bonding between pld and new concrete , including cost of all materials , minor tools etc. complete.

Repairs to plastering of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, imcluding cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing formwork including centering, shuttering, propping etc, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same in site reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work using marine plywood, as directed by EIC, includig cost of all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, minor tools, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Providing and laying RCC 1:1.5:3 with 20mm size stone chips (one cement, one and half mainland river sand & three stone chips of size 2 cm graded) in all RCC works as directed by the EIC, including cost of cement, stone chips and mainland river sand, screening and washing of both the aggregates, mixing concrete, conveying the concrete, placing in position, consolidation with vibrator, curing, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of minor tools, hire charges of mixer machine and vibrator, GST, LWC etc,complete.

Providing and fixing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including cutting, bending, bindingand placing in position cost of binding wire, minor tools etc, complete. The rate is inclusive of consumable items and GST & LWC.
