Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Twin Rubber Stopper)

Providing and fixing 100mm brass mortice latch & locks with 6 livers without pair of handles (Godrej make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood 40mm into 12 mm wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. .

Providing and fixing casement handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated) for aluminium casement window with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing zinc alloyed (white powder coated) touch lock for aluminium sliding window with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing steel roller for aluminium sliding window with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately). a). Anodised Aluminium ( anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15 for fixed portion.

b). .Anodised Aluminium ( anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15 for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item).With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 20 kg/ Sqm).

Providing and fixing 4 mm ( four milimetre) thick ACP ( Aluminium composit panel) of superior quality in paneling fixed in aluminium/ Upvc frames of doors, windowsshutters/ partitions with brass/ stainless screws etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item).

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) sink as per IS: 13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge a) Sink without drain 610mm into 460 mm and 200 mm depth.

Providing and fixing 25 mm (Twenty five milimetre) thick factory made shutters of Pre-laminated HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistancee) board both side decorative finish conforming to IS: 12406 Grade of approved design, including fixing of heavy MS hinges 4” long etc. complete as per architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Cost of hinges will be paid for separately).

Supplying and installation of Research module Laboratory Units (Waldner / Kotterman / Godrej make) with work surface of following size with V-groove type moulding jet black Granite 20mm + - mm thick as per layout along with neoprene strip 2.5” width and 6mm thick SR 998 glue for neoprene mat complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge as well as concerned deptt.
