Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering , finsishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing , hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement , with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo-Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete - 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including finishing complete.

Providing and fixing commercial quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make (Jhonson / Asian / Somany / Nitco) in all colours, shades of size 200 x 300 mm as approved in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement with pigment of matching shade complete - size 200x300 mm.

Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of commercial quality conforming to IS :15622, of approved make (Nitco / Kajaria ) in all colours, shades, except white , ivory, grey, fume red brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying 22 mm thick factory made pre-polished cement concrete flooring tiles of required colour and design over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand ) and jointed with cement slurry mixed with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of the tile - (Endura \ Ultra \ Dazzle \ Technic).

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix).

Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipes(Finolex / jain / Supreme / Truebore / Nandi) (0.6 Mpa)conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to the site, lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment,including cost of solvent cement,excluding UPVC specials such as bends, tees, threaded pieces, couplers, reducer, endcaps etc., complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. - 90mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position UPVC moulded equal Tee (Finolex / jain)(0.6 Mpa) conforming to IS 7834 part II and ISI marked,including labour charges for jointing, jointing materials etc,complete - 90mm dia.

Fixing of G.I chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish and unserviceable dismantled materials upto 5 Km radius. The rate include incidental charge transportation by mechanical means loading and unloading etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling with quarry dust including watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.
