Dismantling carefully / stripping of wall tiles using small breakers with flat chisels carefully without causing damages to the existing waterproofing treatment. Make the surface smooth and uniform with a hand grinder and repair the damaged / uneven surfaces with repair mortar using polymer modified mortar and carting away the rubble / debris out side MoD land as directed and specified also making the surface dry, clean & free from dust for receiving next treatment. Note : Polymer modified mortar shall be of Make : Perma Crack Fill or equivalent in Zydex Cold Bond / Neocrete / Fosroc to be applied as per manufacturers's instructions

Note for item No 95 and 96 : (i) Water proofing treatment for the swimming pool shall be carried out by the specialist water proofing agency as approved by GE. (ii) Water tightness test shall be carried out after water proofing treatment in presence of BOO detailed by Accepting officers. (iii) After testing if any leakage observed same shall be repaired in consultation with GE and water proofing agency, contractor. Water tightness test shall again be carried out in presence of BOO. (iv) After fixing of tiles second water tightness test shall be carried out in presence of BOO. (v) All necessarry arrangement for water tightness test shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

M&L for Injection grouting with admixture of “GROUT MIX + SBR+OPC” unique formulation, specially developed for the consolidation and strengthening of RCC walls. The grout can be seen as suspension of binder particles in aqueous media that has a considerable fluidity in order to be pumped into voids and cracks within the RCC wall by saturation pressure grouting. The treatment comprises of enhancing the impermeability co-efficient of the RCC wall using “GROUT MIX + SBR + OPC” by Injection grouting system using Electrical pressure pumps and power tools. This to be added in a proportion of 500gm “GROUT MIX” and 3Litrs of SBR to 50kg of ordinary Portland cement (53grade). “GROUT MIX” is free flowing, non-shrink, high strength cementious grout. It has high early and ultimate strength with excellent plastic and restrained expansion characteristics. This system comprises of drilling holes of 10 / 12 mm dia @ 1 mtr C/C into the RCC wall and “GROUT MIX + SBR + OPC” is pressure grouted from top. There will be an injection grouting of every one Meter intervals. Finally, the drilled holes are sealed with sealants all as per instruction of manufacturer and as directed. Make (Perma, Zydex , Sikka, STP Ltd and Thermax) Note for BOQ item No 95 to 100 :(i). The work shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of approved / origine.

M&L for application of zycosil-Max treatment by penetration method complete on horizontal surfaces followed by brush application and ZycoBondMax treatment (i.e. zycosil max solution (1:20) @ 1 ltr solution / m2 on horizontal surfaces and drying using flood lamps and carry out Rilem Test to check water absorption and apply zyco bond max thereafter ) and all as directed. Make (Perma, Zydex , Sikka, STP Ltd and Thermax)

M&L for providing cement concrete M-20 (design mix) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacturers instructions on horizontal surfaces of swimming pool / base slab inclusive of finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid separately in respective item of schedule as supply only.

M&L for rubberized Elastomeric Membrane waterproofing as given under : Primer Coat : Application of Neomultiprime as a primer coating (1 liter+3 liter water) over complete horizontal and vertical surfaces when completely dry. The primer coat is always sticky and ready to receive the next coat First coat : Neoproof rubber coat with water in 1: 300 mix ratio by brush. Fixing with 50 GSM fiber reinforced cloth when the first coat is still wet. Second coat : Neoproof rubber coat with water 1:300 mix ratio by brush and cover the fiber reinforce cloth completely and make sure the fibre cloth is not visible. Third Coat : Neoproof rubber coat with water 1:500 mix ratio by roller and covered with sand broadcasting(Sprinkling silica sand immediately over the rubber surface before it gets dry). After drying for 7 days, completely remove the loose sand particles and do leak test by filling the tank and confirm no leakage. Make (Perma, Zydex , Sikka, STP Ltd and Thermax) Note : (i) if water level goes down or any leakage is observed, then repeat the treatment. Next stage of work will be allowed to start only after confirming no leakage and approved by engineer-in-charge. (ii) each stage/ coat to be approved by GE before starting next stage / coat.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for PCC kerbs of fencing complete Note : To be operated for demolition of existing footing of gate.

Taking down old unserviceable point wiring( light/fan/socket/power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendants,regulators, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling etc.complete all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable/worn out sub main wiring of any type and size complete all as specified.

Taking down main switches /DBs of any make and type including teakwood board, MCBs/MCCBs etc. complete and making good the disturbed surfaces including colour wash complete all as specified.

Taking down fans, removing to workshop for servicing, cleaning, lubricating, spray painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint, writing MES No. replacement of split pin, rubber bush and other spare required if any including fixing PVC cable with stranded copper conductor of size 0.75 Sqmm and refixing the fans at the same locations complete for the following sizes.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers by mechanical rammer with excavated soft/hard/dense soil soil all as specified & directed. Note : Compaction of filled earth to be carried out in layers using mechanical rammer with entire satisfaction of GE / Engineer-in-Charge. Compaction shall be > 95% of proctor density to sustain loading of slip shield tiles over cement screed & PCC sub base over decking area without settlement. Necessary tests for proctor density and optimum moisture content of the filled earth shall be carried out by approved testing agency / CTL before commencement of tiling work and submit the report to Engineer-in-charge.
