Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, column, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upy floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: (1:1.5:3) 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. (Thermo- Mechanically treated bars.)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying cement blocks masonry in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand ) and curing complete.

Railing: Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.

CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) 12mm Cement plaster of mix:1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content : With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/liter

Wall Plaster: EXTERIOR FINISHING Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)
