   The vague/incomplete/ conditional offers such as drawing required/ sample required/ specification not clear will be rejected.

   The rates and financial terms must be quoted in the relevant column of the financial bid only. Such terms quoted anywhere else will not be considered.

   The offer validity should be minimum 30 days.

   Payment will be made after receipt and acceptance of the material .

   FOR destination rate may be quoted as material is required at consignee premises.

Commercial-Compliance

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items , and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
